Well, with the stay at home order set to go into effect tomorrow night, my Holiday Open Studio this year will be virtual!!!
My work at the University of Redlands ended a couple of days ago, our Fall semester started earlier, so beyond waiting for overdue lab reports, I am FINALLY ready to start creating again! First in line is more of this fun Rice Bag that I made earlier this Fall:
If December 12/13 doesn’t work for you, you are always welcome to call or email me and set up a time for a Zoom/Facetime/Facebook Messenger meeting. I’ve got plenty of bags, hopefully some of the new rice pouches, as well as ornaments and shibori votives!

This comment has nothing to do with your Open Studio but the comments are open for this post so…….. I saw your Quilting Arts segment on indigo dyeing on the PBS Create channel today and wanted to say what a great job you did. Your enthusiasm and expertise came right through the screen.
Thanks so much Sue! We had so much fun taping – it was literally the day before quarantines and school shut-downs changed our world, it seems like a LIFE TIME ago!!! Sigh! Hopefully we all get vaccinated and return to those days!
