Studio Snapshots | More Pages for my FMQ Sampler Book(s)

I’m teaching an Advanced Free Motion Quilting class at the Redlands Sewing Center right now, so I wanted to stitch out a lot more pages for my FMQ Sampler Book (well there are several now, because the book rings I use can only be 2″ big, any bigger and they are too thick to go through the eyelets. So I stitched some pages:

fmq pages
and some more pages!

Even more pages for my #fmq sampler book! #fbp

These books are so helpful to keep track all the different quilting pattern variations, and with the book rings I put together pages that I want to teach in a particualar class, in the order I want to teach them, and it’s easy for me to remember what I want to do while I’m actually teaching!

  1. That is such an excellent idea, not only for the teacher, but for anyone practicing and learning new stitches. It wouldn’t take much extra work to make samples in that format, if you are making samples anyway, to keep together in one place. Thanks for sharing!
