Studio Snapshots | An Art Quilt in my Autumn Splendor Palette

It’s been a busy week back to work, but I’ve been grabbing little bits of time to sew a new art quilt with my autumn splendor palette.

It’s sooo hard to throw these little trimming strips away – they would make such a great nest…I think I was a bird in my former life!

I had a lot of fun placing the sashing pieces made from a multicolor piece of fabric!

Now it’s ready for some free motion machine sketching!
