Oh January, you kicked my butt. I coughed and coughed through most of the month (actually, since early December). At some point I realized that maybe I should have gone to the Doctor, but so many people I know had this nasty cough, or knew someone who did, and everyone said it was a virus, so I didn’t bother. Plus, I never had a fever. But I think that I was pretty sick, and the couple weeks of cold weather sapped me big time. OK, enough whining!

I’ve also come to realize that between all of Liam’s honor groups and what I’m teaching at the UoR this semester is going to take more of my time than I thought it would. But, I’m gonna keep my eye on the prize – I’ve got a week’s vacation at the end of February!

I’ve got to keep those longer term items on the list so I don’t forget to work on them! I’m hoping to get the taxes done way before the deadline, and those summer classes involve some serious thinking, so no “out of sight, out of mind” for me!
