I don’t know about you, but whenever I go on vacation I have something I want to sew before I leave. Most often, it’s a new bag. But this year, it’s headbands! I’ve been wanting to make headbands for a long time, but with my new hair cut, this has become a necessity. So…I made one:

Oh my goodness, these are addicting!
My hair will be prettily held back when we’re out on the lake next week, and I do believe that I shall keep making them, they are so much fun!

The headband is gorgeous and I love your new haircut. (I had mine cut short this week and I don’t like it at all; I look like Germaine Greer or Susan Boyle).
