Paella!

We had a great dinner Saturday night. The annual Pokorny Low Brass Seminar starts on Tuesday, and some of the folks are already here rehearsing, so Andrew cooked up a fabulous dinner!

He made paella, which has lots of steps, but the end result is delicious! The recipe is here, which is also where we got the pan and the burner. I had a lot of fun posting pix on twitter and FB during the prep, so thought it would be fun to share it here too!

Yes, it was absolutely fabulous! And there was not much left at the end of the night!
