Today I’d like to introduce you to Mandy Pfeiffer of “2 Sweet Things”! She is a maker of MANY sweet things! 😉

3. What is your favorite thing to make?

While I love making anything for little ones, really, I am loving little girls’ dresses right now. My own daughter is 2 and it’s like having my own little doll, constantly trying new things on her. i have also recently been branching out into clothing for adults.

4. When you’re making it…

a. what do you love most about it?

I am most satisfied in the finishing details, whether it’s hand-stitching on vintage ribbon or sewing on a ruffle, I love adding the touches that make a piece different from any other!

b. is there some part you really can’t stand?

Not really! I love things about every step, from developing a pattern all the way to packaging an item for shipping!

5. Do you consider yourself process or product oriented?

I guess I would say process. I am very picky at each point and know what I want things to become, which is why I spend a lot of time with a seam ripper picking out stitches to get things perfect!

Mandy, those dresses are SO CUTE! This is not the first time I wish I had girls…and I’ll bet it’s not the last! Sigh… However, I CAN try this deelicious recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies you posted about the other day! They look fantastic!
