Oh my, it’s been busy in Candy Claus’s workshop! There are lots of things I can’t blog about, but I believe this one is safe! Here’s a mega-messenger I made, combining the browns from my warm palette with the gold of my jewel tone, so I had to dye some gold canvas to make this one happen.
I didn’t have a whole lotta time to stage pretty photos, but you get the drift! Made from heavy canvas and a lot of interfacing and batting, this bag stands up straight and tall all by itself. Although it takes about 4-5 hours to make, my pattern for this bag (and a smaller messenger as well) walks you (and ME!) through it step by step!
OK, I’ve gotta get back into my workshop! Hope your holiday preparations are keeping you happy!
