Well, another Summer is gone, and I start teaching at the day job tomorrow! I didn’t get as much done on the list as I had hoped, but I also added some stuff to the list that DID get accomplished, so it’s all good!
Please note: I’ve been very aware that I took on a lot of stuff this Summer, and I kinda failed vacation. So, I’ve been trying to take it easy! Really! I love reading, and read every night before going to bed, but usually I don’t have time to read at other parts in the day. During vacation, Hubby and I discovered Neal Asher, and English sci-fi writer with a big “Polity Universe” series. Hooray, new writer with lots of books to read! Anyway, after returning from Lake Almanour, I’ve been giving myself permission to read other times than at bedtime. So really, I’ve been trying to relax a bit!

Yup, I did get a lot of stuff done! All those items in green came up, got dealt with and crossed off again! Doing this really helps me acknowledge and “take credit” for things that come up!

I’m happy with the pattern I’ve come up for the class I’m teaching this and next Wednesday, I’ve got a formula entered into a spreadsheet where people just enter the measurements of their particular e-device and it gives them all the sizes of the pieces – we’ll print them out right at the class, how fun is that?

I made that navy one for Liam (thus the bass clef instead of a botanical motif). This new pattern has options for adding the flap on the long side, rather than the short – he really liked that option!
