It was under a year ago that I wrote a similar post: Folks who follow me on Facebook saw the post a few weeks ago that I’d received an email promoting Quilting Arts Gifts 2013/14, and I was excited to see my art on the cover!
And, like last year, I wanted to wait to see the magazine in person before blogging about it. Well, my complimentary copies came on Saturday!
I really LOVE my Jester Stockings, they’d been brewing in my mind for a couple of years, and they came out just as fun as I had hoped!
I’ve got a total of four projects in this magazine, including a smartphone pouch you can customize to fit your particular phone:
An improv tree table runner:
I had a lot of fun photographing the magazine ON the runner, this photo is very meta, isn’t it?
They’ve also added some Halloween patterns to this magazine, here are my fun trick or treat buckets:
I think the Halloween projects are one of the reasons this magazine is out in August year. I’ll have a celebratory giveaway to share an extra copy of the magazine as well as some extra goodies – but in about a month, as I’ve got a LOT of balls in the air right now…but I couldn’t wait to share the news any longer! 🙂

Congrats for a second cover!! Hard work pays off and you certainly deserve it! If I had not been so busy with the end-of-the-summer tasks, I wouldn’t have missed this post. Way to go!
Congratulations! You deserve tone there again!
Awesome!
Congratulations! How exciting! Must be the colours that attract attention!
