Mary has been hard at work behind the scenes on finishing up my new web design. We are also migrating my sites to new web hosting, so at some point I needed to stop putting new posts on the site on old hosting so we don’t have to worry about migrating it too, this the silence on the blog! We tried migrating last night and ran into a snag, and now we’ve got to put it on the back burner for a couple days as I’ve got to be in the Palm Desert this weekend giving a lecture to the Coachella Valley Quilt Guild on Saturday and then a Free Motion Machine Sketching class on Sunday. So I thought I’d pop in with this update and a quick look at my to do list:

That order for eight jester stockings really put a crimp in my holiday making, I was able to get all the presents done, but it took the week after Christmas to get it done. And any home dec sewing I wanted to do got shunted to the side as I had to dye a lot of fabric for kits for this weekend’s class:
