Yipee! I got the clutches I was working on last week done Saturday morning!

3 of them were made with fabric I dyed in this lovely green/blue color palette:

This one is for Mary the harpist, who loves blue and hydrangeas (I made her an ipad sleeve last spring with the same motif).

This one is for Kira, a viola player in the Redlands Symphony Orchestra:

Another 3 with some lovely purple & gold fabric:

Barbara loves purple, so this one is for her. She wanted just purple for the main color, so I used a stripe of the yellow/purple fabric for the strap and I love how it came out:

I love love love this piece of fabric on the back!

And 2 more with this brown and blue fabric:

Inside each one are 2 pockets, one for credit cards or money and the other one for a cell phone:

The rest of these will be for sale at my Fall shows, the first one of which is next weekend.

It was fun to be able to take a lot of pictures for sharing, and now I’ve got to return to making in secret for the book! 😉

Beautiful fabric, designs and sewing! Do you only sell them at shows? How much, may I ask? Thank you, Alice
Thanks Alice! They’ve been a big hit on FB and Instagram, so I do need to get some up in my online shop as well. They’ll be $55 when I do – I’ll be sure to announce it on the blog when I do add them.
Have a great day – Candy
